We know many of you are also navigating other acute and chronic healthcare needs and we are committed to meeting those needs in these times of social distancing and talk of flattening curves. We are here for you.
Our goal is to keep you in contact with your provider and have adopted a new telemedicine platform (Spruce Health) that will increase access to your provider through various options, including video conference/chat. We offer telemedicine visits for acute visits and for routine follow-up visits for ongoing chronic medical conditions. Please call the office at (541) 323-3960 to discuss what type of visit is most appropriate for you. Our patient portal online self-scheduling feature is currently disabled.
Testing for COVID-19 is still very limited, but please let us know if you have concerns or would like to be tested and we will discuss with you the best course of action. This will hopefully be expanding in the near future, but for now staying home unless medical treatment is needed is the recommended course of action.
Staff will be working from home and only scheduled office visits or telemedicine visits will be able to be accommodated.
Our office will remain open at this time with minimal staffing to meet the needs of our patients and community. Be patient with each other and continue to find ways to connect with one another. Be well.
