Deschutes Family Care has been providing primary care to individuals and families throughout Central Oregon since 2015. Located in downtown Bend, we are an independent family medicine clinic offering personalized care in a small, private practice setting.
We care for individuals and multigenerational families and offer traditional insurance billing, self-pay options, and direct primary care. Our philosophy is simple: make high-quality medical care personal, accessible, and easy to navigate.
