Non-urgent in-person/face-to-face office visit are being rescheduled as telemedicine visits until further notice. Office visits available as indicated and at providers discretion.


Testing for COVID-19 is expanding. Please let us know if you have concerns or would like to be tested and we will discuss with you the best course of action.


Staff continue to work from home and only scheduled office visits or telemedicine visits will be able to be accommodated. Our online self-scheduling portal has been deactivated to allow adequate pre-visit screening.

Our office will remain open at this time with minimal staffing to meet the needs of our patients and community. Be patient with each other and continue to find ways to connect with one another. Be well.
